The documentary, entitled "Pontiac's Rebellion," shows the year-long fight to keep the Pontiac prison open. "I'm very excited for people to see this film," Seay stated.  "I'm very thankful to the residents of Pontiac for putting up with me for the last year." Seay followed Pontiac Mayor Scott McCoy and other Pontiac residents as they fought to stop Blagojevich's decision to close the prison.
